Waxwork Records is thrilled to release THE SUBSTANCE Original Motion Picture Score by Raffertie. The Substance is a 2024 body horror film written and directed Coralie Fargeat. The film stars Demi Moore, Margaret Qualley, and Dennis Quaid. Its plot follows a fading celebrity who decides to use a black-market drug, a cell-replicating substance that temporarily creates a younger, better version of herself, unknowingly giving her horrifying side effects.
Benjamin Stefanski, best known by his recording alias Raffertie, is a British composer and producer. A classically trained multi-instrumentalist, he studied Classical & Contemporary Music Composition at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. He received initial acclaim for his experimental electronic recordings. His electronic dexterity and classic songwriting sensibility have seen him become known and sought out for the enigmatic, emotive sound he has developed throughout his work as a composer scoring for film and television.
Waxwork Records is proud to present THE SUBSTANCE Original Motion Picture Score by Raffertie as a deluxe LP set and across all digital music platforms. The album comes pressed to “Activator Green” coloured vinyl and housed in a printed inner sleeve and heavy- weight jacket wrapped in a custom printed kraft paper O-Card.

Shipping

- We send all postal orders via Royal Mail's 48 hour tracked service. Your tracking number will be added to your order upon fulfilment

Store Pick Up
- Orders can be placed for collection from either of our stores (Oxford or Witney)

Pre-Orders
- Pre-ordering is a great way to secure your copy of an album prior to its release date
- We aim to ensure all pre-ordered products are shipped or ready for collection by the album's release date
