The tracks on this album have never been released as a stand-alone record - At the time of this issue, the only instances of them being available is on the Fabulous Thunderbirds box set: The Jimmie Vaughan Years - Complete Studio Recordings.
Prior to that, they were deemed to have been lost forever until the damaged original tapes were found and lovingly restored. Doc Pomus and Joel Dorn produced these tracks for the band when they were looking for a record deal in 1978. The sessions include stuff done with Roomful Of Blues horns and Al Copley on keyboards. It's a searing celebration of American music at its best which has laid silent all these decades.
