Housed in a gatefold sleeve and pressed on 180 gram vinyl 2LP Revelation was the first album that was fully recorded & produced at Anton Newcome’s recording studio in Berlin. The 14th full length release from the Brian Jonestown Massacre was recorded from late 2012 to early 2014 and in addition to Newcombe also featured original band member Ricky Maymi plus Constatine Karlis (Dimmer), Ryan Van Kriedt (Asteroid #4) . and a vocal performance in Swedish by Joachim Ahlund (Les Big Byrds) on the opening track. Two dozen band members later and numerous “ups and downs” (some have been famously sensationalized in the media), the one thing that has always remained consistent for this psychedelic collective, is front man Mr. Anton Alfred Newcombe.
