The long-awaited BGM collection from the TV anime Lupin the Third Part 1, composed by Takeo Yamashita, is being reissued on vinyl for the first time as a colored edition. Originally newly recorded in 1980, this album masterfully blends a wide variety of rhythms—including jazz, Afro, rock, and samba—with traditional Japanese instruments such as the koto, tsuzumi hand drum, and shakuhachi flute. The result is a truly one-of-a-kind Japanese groove experience.
