Siècle, the fourth album by Superpoze (Gabriel Legeleux, born in 1992), stands as the culmination of what the composer of Opening, For We the Living, and Nova Cardinale, also a producer and performer, has been meticulously crafting for the past ten years, with both precision and sensitivity. A striking and melancholic electronic music, where instruments and machines collide, blending synthetic textures, strings, and spectral voices. The result is an album of eight expansive and sharp-edged tracks, where life pulses, burns, and soothes.
