Mixed by the legendary studio team of Nick Martinelli & David Todd, the slamming, heady mixture of drum machines, synths, dub FX & Lites' powerful, soulful vocals might just make this the best dance track ever recorded in history. It still sounds brand new.
The stunning “Heat You Up (Melt You Down)” straddles disco, boogie and hi-NRG "with its swooning synths, cocaine-twitchy guitar, sensuous tom-toms and strange basslines slushing in the background." (Andy Beta)
On the flip, Martinelli and Todd's “Melt Down Mix” turns these elements into spilled mercury, refashioning the silvery track in such a manner as to anticipate the future sounds of techno and house.

This bonafide underground dance classic has been carefully remastered by Be With regular Simon Francis and presented in the original West End Records house disco sleeve for the very first time. Cut at the prestigious Abbey Road Studios, we have made sure nothing is lost in the cut whilst the records have been pressed to the highest possible standard at the always stellar Record Industry in Holland. The artwork restoration has taken place here at Be With HQ and has that drop-dead gorgeous cover artwork popping like new. Buy on sight!

Shipping
