KINO EP Anish Kumar & Hagop Tchaparian

Anish Kumar, the eclectic DJ and producer known for blending the musical influences of his South Asian heritage with an intriguing array of electronic styles, has joined forces with Hagop Tchaparian, the British-Armenian producer who released the hugely acclaimed 2022 debut album Bolts, ten tracks of hyper-personal rhythm music that mixes techno with field recordings of his travels through Armenian and Mediterranean culture, made available through Kieran Hebden’s (Four Tet) Text Records.

Today marks the release of the new duo’s collaborative 2-track EP titled KINO, mixed by Pearson Sound, available now on their own KINO imprint, after roadtesting the thrilling new music at various warehouse venues and festivals. There's a limited run of white label vinyl which will be available in selected record stores and online.
