Grey October Sound returns with a brand-new Pink Colour Vinyl edition of Lo-Fi Anime, their acclaimed collection of lo-fi covers of iconic Japanese anime songs!
Known internationally for their atmospheric instrumental productions, Grey October Sound has built a growing global following through acclaimed compilations such as Timeless and The Cave, as well as their hugely popular Lo-Fi Ghibli and Lo-Fi City Pop series.
With Lo-Fi Anime, the production team and instrumental-focused label puts a laid-back lo-fi spin on beloved anime themes and songs that have captivated audiences around the world. Originally released in 2023, the album features instrumental reinterpretations inspired by iconic titles including Dragon Ball, BLEACH, Saint Seiya, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, K-ON!, and more.
Rather than simply reproducing the originals, Grey October Sound transforms these instantly recognizable melodies into mellow, beat-driven arrangements, combining nostalgic anime culture with the warm textures and relaxed grooves of modern lo-fi hip-hop.
Now available in a striking Pink Colour Vinyl edition, Lo-Fi Anime is an essential addition for fans of Japanese anime, lo-fi beats, and collectible vinyl.
