"Cor Ex Putredine" is the debut album by EQUISETUM, a project formed by the collaboration between Noctuaria (vocals, lyrics) and Mortifero (all instruments, music)
The work is rooted in the Italian dark sound, with a reference to Alkaest by Paul Chain, while expanding into multiple Doom trajectories.
You can find elements from the alienating reminiscences of CELTIC FROST, to the more irregular and dissonant approach of UNHOLY, up to the slow, gothic atmospheres of TYPE O NEGATIVE as well as subtle Black Metal influences from THORNS.
The lyrics, sung in a visionary way by Noctuaria, explores themes of decay and loss.

Shipping
