DVTR - Bonjour (Bis) DVTR

Since its formation in 2023, DVTR has shaken up the Canadian punk scene, racking up glowing reviews, explosive live shows, year-end best-of lists and various back-patting awards with its 12-minute debut EP “BONJOUR”. Somewhere between the B-52s and Jay Reatard’s DIY punk, the destructive duo spews its bile over fast-paced music that’s often surprising, sometimes lopsided, but always cathartic. On stage, the completely unpredictable attitude of Demi Lune & Jean Divorce breaks down all language barriers, having already taken them to stages around the world, from Mexico to the UK and Japan.

DVTR is short, sharp, repetitive, repetitive, repetitive; it’s the only way to make the message sink in—vasectomies for all, ACAB, zeitgeist, etcetera, etcetera.
