Dead Or Alive has sold more than 30 million albums and 25 million singles worldwide and gave Stock Aitken Waterman their first #1 single in 1985. Their first three self-penned albums, all reached the UK Top 30, with “Mad, Bad, and Dangerous To Know” reaching the Top 30 in 1986.
Respected US magazine Billboard, ranked them in their all-time Top 100 most successful ‘dance artists’ chart.
2026 marks “Mad, Bad….”’s 40th Anniversary. It spent a quarter of a year on it. Combined, the four singles spent 4 months on the UK Singles Chart.
Featuring four UK chart hits, “Mad, Bad…” features the singles ‘Brand New Lover’, ‘Something In My House’, ‘Hooked On Love and ‘I’ll Save You All My Kisses’.
Packaged in a 7” Deluxe Double-Gatefold Wallet with O-Ring, this 30-track, 3CD edition captures the band in the studio.
CD1 contains the original album, whilst CD2 and CD3 contain a 7” & 12” versions, as well as a vast selection of remixes and instrumental versions.
Although Pete Burns and Steve Coy are no longer with us, they along with Mike Percy and Tim Lever created and delivered some of the most memorable moments in Popular music during the mid-1980s, which have truly stood the test of time.
