HAPPY HOLLOW - one of Cursive’s most ambitious and acclaimed records - somehow turned 20 years old this year. To commemorate the anniversary, Cursive & Run For Cover have teamed up to deliver the definitive version of Happy Hollow as a Record Store Day Black Friday exclusive for 2026. This limited collector’s edition is pressed on three disc color vinyl and expands the world of Happy Hollow to three discs of demos, out-takes and b-sides from the album’s initial release.

Cursive’s fifth studio album was considered groundbreaking on it’s initial release. Following the success of 2023’s The Ugly Organ and the now canon classic Domestica, Happy Hollow is a concept album created with a live brass section that marked an artistic turn for an already endlessly creative band. The record’s themes feel as poignant now as they did when it first came out, tackling the shattering of the American dream, small town malaise, and religious hypocrisy.

In addition to 20 additional tracks, this deluxe editon feautres a die-cut cover and tri-fold jacket with retrospective photos and liner notes from the band about the record.
