Marking an astonishing 27 years – or roughly ten thousand days – since his 1997 breakthrough album 'Earthbound', Conner Reeves, the voice behind one of the most beloved UK soul debuts of the '90s, returns with his (very) long-awaited sophomore album - TEN THOUSAND DAYS And The CHURCH Of The RESTORATION.
Conner's critically acclaimed debut Earthbound included the much-revered hit single "My Father's Son", and saw him support Soul Legend Whitney Houston on tour, grace the pages of soul magazines across the globe, appear on iconic music shows including Top of the Pops and garner a Brit Award nomination, among many other accolades.
Behind the scenes, the singer quietly endured a host of life-altering events: from crippling stage fright and the joys and challenges of fatherhood, to near bankruptcy and homelessness. He faced heartbreak, disillusionment with the Industry, battles with addiction, and periods of gruelling manual labour to make ends meet in the often punishing climes of rural France. In the years since his meteoric rise, Reeves kept working behind the scenes as a highly respected songwriter, writing for and with artists across many genres, including Joss Stone, Rod Stewart, Westlife, Disclosure feat. Artful Dodger, Joe Cocker, Mamas Gun, James Morrison, Billy Porter..…amongst many others.
The forthcoming album release marks more than just a comeback - it signals what is possibly the longest interval ever between a debut and a sophomore album in UK music history. Reeves’ journey was halted by a series of personal battles that would sideline most artists indefinitely - but with this album, he is finally ready for his (artist) journey to continue.

Shipping

- We send all postal orders via Royal Mail's 48 hour tracked service. Your tracking number will be added to your order upon fulfilment

- Orders can be placed for collection from either of our stores (Oxford or Witney)
