International Rock Sensation The Hives, the best live band on the planet and still your new favourite band, lauded on all continents for their masterful skill and reckless abandon in the rock music field, have once again, sooner than you expected, created a new body of work the likes of which have never been heard or indeed probably will again.

 A new record so full of energy, joy, anger and life that you will be questioning reality as you have known it.

 They finally did it. Every single song a single, every single single a hit, every hit a direct hit in the face of the man. 

 This, their seventh opus, The Hives Forever Forever The Hives, must be released upon the 29th day of August in the year 2025, through the venerable Play It Again Sam.

 This long playing music album, consisting of thirteen pieces of music was crafted with commitment, abandon and skill in Sweden in cohorts with the esteemed producers Pelle Gunnerfeldt and Mike D of Beastie Boys.

The name dreamcastmoe is somewhat synonymous with the Peckham based ‘Rhythm Section INTL’ Label. Despite this being their first collaboration committed to wax, the journey goes way back…from debut London shows in Peckham to adventures across multiple continents, the DC-London nexus is alive and well and this recording is a testament to that bond!

With a sound equally indebted to hip hop, house, hazy electronics and DC’s very own ‘go-go’ sound - dreamcastmoe, born Davon Bryant-James burst onto the scene with a refreshing mix of styles matched with an irresistible personality. 

The biggest smile in any room, Davon has the rare ability to quietly command your attention, whether on stage or in person, and his rise and rise is an organic one, built on connection and camaraderie. 

Dreamcastmoe found a home on the iconic midwestern label Ghostly International, but for old times sake we decided to come good on an idea borne out of mutual appreciation and a long standing friendship.
