Blending R&B, funk, neo- soul and contemporary electronic influences, the album explores love, desire, intimacy, lust and connection in the modern age through smoky grooves, sensual vocals and vintage- inspired production. Featuring production from Brighton duo AMIcity and incorporating vintage equipment & textures, FUNKSOULSEX bridges timeless influences with a fresh, forward- thinking perspective, creating a sound that feels both nostalgic and unmistakably modern.
At its core, FUNKSOULSEX embodies Liv East's self- defined musical philosophy: a seamless fusion of funk- infused rhythms, soulful expression and sensual energy. Written as a reflection on love in the 21st century, the album moves between moments of seduction, longing, vulnerability and empowerment, revealing an artist who effortlessly transcends genre boundaries while remaining deeply authentic.

Shipping
- We aim to ship out all orders placed within two working days
- We send all postal orders via Royal Mail's 48 hour tracked service. Your tracking number will be added to your order upon fulfilment
- If there is a problem with your order we will let you know as soon as possible

Store Pick Up
- Orders can be placed for collection from either of our stores (Oxford or Witney)
- Let us know which store you would like to collect from either by adding a note to your cart or by emailing orders@truckmusic.store
- We aim to have your order ready within two working days (except for pre-orders, see below)
Pre-Orders
- Pre-ordering is a great way to secure your copy of an album prior to it's release date
- We aim to ensure all pre-ordered products are shipped or ready for collection by the album's release date
