First released at last year’s BFI Film Festival, Eternal Beauty is picking up huge critical acclaim, already garnering 5 British Academy Cymru Awards. For its score, Craig Roberts turned to the stunning talent that is Michael Price, and was rewarded with a beautiful score of sweeping strings underpinned by piano, with subtle electronic sound design. Roberts channels the film’s themes of schizophrenia in his motifs, sampling snippets of lead character Jane’s vocalisations and making them a crucial part of the soundscape. Altogether, this is a stunning soundtrack, both in the context of the film and when taken on its own.
The Dinked Edition of Eternal Beauty OST is released on 450 limited marble blue vinyl with a signed and numbered art print.
