Dinked 208 (House Without A View) is the second album from indie-rock singer-songwriter Lande Hekt. Best known as the lead singer of punk rockers Muncie Girls, Lande Hekt released her excellent debut album, Going To Hell, last year to much acclaim. Now, she’s back with another album of delicately crafted, yet punk infused, indie-pop, channelling the best of Sarah Records twee-pop alongside underground legends like Sleeper and The Replacements into emotionally charged vignettes. Lyrically, House Without A View deals with Hekt discovering her queer identity and dealing with childhood trauma, juxtaposing this with altogether lighter tracks including Lola, which is about her new cat! House Without A View is released on September 23rd by Prize Sunflower.
