We’re back with Dinked 109, the new album from electronic producer and former Fuck Buttons member Andrew Hung. Devastations is released on June 18th by Lex Records.
Andrew Hung is back after several excellent soundtracks to follow up his 2017 debut solo album Realisationship. Devastations finds Hung working to find a sound that is entirely his own as he worked through a transitional period in his life. The resulting album is a richly textured exploration of the psyche, with propulsive rhythms and blasts of noise, but with a new-found sense of melodicism from the producer. Having written, produced, mixed and designed the album entirely himself, Devastations is a truly singular vision from a legend of noise.
The Dinked Edition of Devastations is on 300 limited transparent yellow LP with a die-cut sleeve with two printed inserts for a choice of cover options.
