Dinked 212 is the sophomore album from LA-based indie-folk singer-songwriter A. O. Gerber. First coming to our attention with 2020’s hauntingly beautiful Another Place To Need, A. O. Gerber makes beautifully orchestrated and emotionally raw indie folk. Whilst her first album was notable for the huge cast of LA musicians involved in its creation, Gerber stripped back to a core group of musicians for Meet Me at the Gloaming, mainly producing at home with Madeline Kenney. The result is an altogether brighter sounding record, contrasting reverb-washed guitars and analog synths with lyrics which probe and explore the depths of personality.
