With production help from their local friends in \u003cstrong\u003eCabaret Voltaire\u003c\/strong\u003e, they debuted with the \u003cstrong\u003eNellie the Elephant EP\u003c\/strong\u003e in mid-1979. Another single, \u003cstrong\u003eDon't Try to Cure Yourself\u003c\/strong\u003e, was released on \u003cstrong\u003eFresh\u003c\/strong\u003e over a year later. A self-titled full-length was released by \u003cstrong\u003eFirst Floor\u003c\/strong\u003e in 1983, and the LP \u003cstrong\u003eGroundless Accusations\u003c\/strong\u003e was issued through \u003cstrong\u003eNative\u003c\/strong\u003e in 1985. A year later, a 12\" called \u003cstrong\u003eRed Square\u003c\/strong\u003e was released with two album tracks and two new songs which have been included on this release.
