He is regarded as one of the modern masters of instrumental hip-hop and has more recently been releasing music on other platforms like \u003cstrong\u003eFuture Archive Recordings\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eBackwoodz Studios\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eEliot Lipp \u003c\/strong\u003eis an electronic musician based in Brooklyn, New York. His work was picked up by \u003cstrong\u003eScott Herren\u003c\/strong\u003e of \u003cstrong\u003ePrefuse 73\u003c\/strong\u003e (\u003cstrong\u003eWarp Records\u003c\/strong\u003e) after Herren heard him working the club circuit. In 2004, Lipp released his first studio album, S\/T, with \u003cstrong\u003eEastern Developments Music\u003c\/strong\u003e, a label owned by \u003cstrong\u003eWarp Records\u003c\/strong\u003e. Lipp has also released music with P\u003cstrong\u003eretty Lights Music \u003c\/strong\u003eand his own label \u003cstrong\u003eOld Tacoma Records\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e“\u003cem\u003eOur process for this album was very much \"Take this, and add to it\" . We both made beats and sent them to the other to add things to. Eliot would generally start the arrangement process and then I'd come in and give my two cents. Gotta say, these Lipphead albums generally come together seamlessly .
